4. Return Policy
In the event that Client hires our services and is not satisfied with the final product provided by us, Client will notify us in writing that he or she is not satisfied with the final product provided. Client will have to supply a list of things needed to amend the final product to Client’s needs. This list cannot be unreasonably different from the initial specifications provided by Client upon initial hiring of our services. After this list of improvements is furnished to us we will make every effort to bring the final product to Client’s specifications. From the date when we receive the list of improvements, we will have 30 days to do Client’s modifications to the final product. If after this 30 day period Client is still not satisfied with the final product we will issue a full refund to Client in which case Client will have to destroy all materials provided by us and will not be able to it use in any way or for any purpose.

5. Indemnification
Client agrees to indemnify and hold Codigo Alpha, its parents, subsidiaries, affiliates, officers and employees, harmless from any claim or demand, including reasonable attorneys’ fees and costs, made by any third party due to or arising out of Client’s use of the Service, the violation of this Agreement, or infringement by Client, or other user of the Service using Client’s computer, of any intellectual property or any other right of any person or entity.

6. Modifications and Interruption to Service
Codigo Alpha reserves the right to modify or discontinue the Service with or without notice to the Client. Codigo Alpha shall not be liable to Client or any third party should Codigo Alpha exercise its right to modify or discontinue the Service. Client acknowledges and accepts that Codigo Alpha does not guarantee continuous, uninterrupted or secure access to our website and operation of our website may be interfered with or adversely affected by numerous factors or circumstances outside of our control.

7. Third-Party Sites
Our website may include links to other sites on the Internet that are owned and operated by online merchants and other third parties. You acknowledge that we are not responsible for the availability of, or the content located on or through, any third-party site. You should contact the site administrator or webmaster for those third-party sites if you have any concerns regarding such links or the content located on such sites. Client further agrees not to transmit any material that encourages conduct that could constitute a criminal offense, give rise to civil liability or otherwise violate any applicable local, state, national, or international law or regulation.

Client agrees that by accepting this Terms of Use Agreement, Client is consenting to the use and disclosure of their personally identifiable information and other practices described in our Privacy Policy Statement.
